About us

The Exceptional Children's Assistance Center (ECAC) serves as the Regional Parent Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) for Parent Training and Information Centers (PTIs) and Community Parent Resource Centers (CPRCs) for Region 2, a mid-south area that includes an 8 states region and the District of Columbia. This project is funded through Cooperative Agreement #H328R080010 with the U.S. Department of Education Office of Special Education Programs.
