About Us

Partners Resource Network is a member of a network of regional and national centers serving the Parent Training and Information Centers (PTIs) and Community Parent Resource Centers (CPRCs) funded by the U.S. Office of Special Education Programs. As a Regional Parent Technical Assistance Center (RPTAC), Partners provides a variety of capacity-building and support services to the 8 states and 2 territories in Region 3.
