About Us


Matrix Parent Network and Resource Center serves as the Parent Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) for Parent Training and Information Centers (PTIs) and Community Parent Resource Centers (CPRCs) in the western region of the United States, the outlying areas of the Pacific Basin and the Freely Associated States through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Education Office of Special Education Programs.
